If ordering by:
PHONE: Call with your item number, name, phone number, Credit Card number and billing address.
FAX: On a piece of paper write the following:

                  To: Devtan-( your order goes here)
From:(Your Name, phone number, shipping address & Credit Card number)
         If you pay with your credit card Include Billing address for the card.
         If using Credit Card be sure to include Expiration Date, and CVI # which is on the back of your card.
EMAIL: Include same info as Faxing Information.
